Our client is one of the leading healthcare providers in the German-speaking world. Our client’s group comprises more than 100 facilities at 50 locations, with a total of over 18,000 employees. The staff at the hospitals, polyclinics, and nursing and rehabilitation facilities ensure comprehensive healthcare for the population in these regions.
The continuous improvement of quality standards is in line with the high standards that have been set as goals. The company views quality as an active and ongoing process. This enables it to achieve the highest level of patient safety, medical quality, and the best possible care. Well-trained and motivated employees are essential to this. AMEOS ensures it meets its need for skilled personnel through the diverse training and continuing education programs offered by its institutes, as well as through a network of teaching hospitals for medicine and nursing. The individual professional development and recruitment of qualified employees are particularly important in this regard.
New standards are being set in the design of hospital and medical center facilities. This involves taking an unconventional approach and redefining processes and relationships. The goal is to provide stable, needs-based regional healthcare services and thereby fulfill the public healthcare mandate.
The Group’s particular strength is evident in its central and regional centers of excellence. This allows us to reduce the administrative burden on individual facilities and apply optimized standards and best-practice approaches across the entire group. Through a corporate culture that fosters responsibility and commitment, we are shaping the group’s future together.
As part of a succession plan, we are seeking a candidate for this client, effective January 1, 2027, to serve as a
