In addition to therapies and massages, natural remedies such as mud and spring water are used there. The historic Stahlbadehaus also houses the associated Medical Care Center (MVZ), which offers outpatient medical psychotherapy.

Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)
This position is responsible for the cross-site management and further development of human resources for several hospital locations, an outpatient facility, a medical care center, and an outpatient nursing service, with a clear focus on structures, processes, key performance indicators, and operational excellence. The People & Culture division is integrated but is not the primary focus and is further developed in collaboration with external partners.
In this role, you will serve as the direct point of contact for senior management, executives, employees, and works council members on all HR-related matters. You will be part of the group-wide HR management team for the entire corporate group, which has 1,500 employees, and will act as the liaison to the Chief Human Resources Officer at the holding company.
Your Profile
- A college degree with a major in human resources, business, or a related field
- Initial leadership experience in human resources, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Extensive experience in managing operational HR processes
- Experience in dealing with works councils

- Strong aptitude for working with numbers and experience in developing key performance indicator systems
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and data-driven analysis
