On behalf of ESIS Medical Recruitment Agency we are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Senior Physician (m/f/d) in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at an established specialty care clinic in northwestern Germany.
The Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine is part of a municipal hospital specializing in specialized care and plays a key role in regional pediatric and neonatal care. A fully equipped neonatal intensive care unit (8 beds), modern, family-friendly ward areas, and close collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology define the department’s clinical profile. The multidisciplinary team is characterized by high staff retention and a strong sense of collegiality.

Your qualifications:
- Board Certification in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
- Several years of clinical experience in pediatrics, ideally with a focus on neonatology
- Strong team orientation, a structured approach to work, and excellent communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment
- Willingness to actively contribute to the department’s development and the establishment of the neonatology program
Your responsibilities:
- Independent diagnostic and therapeutic care for pediatric and neonatal patients
- Professional supervision and guidance of resident physicians; shared responsibility for medical quality standards
- Participation in the structural development of neonatology, as well as in continuing education and training activities
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as participation in support and professional services
Salary Range
120,000–180,000 EUR/year
