The company originally operated under the name “Executive Search and Information Services” as a service provider for other recruitment consultancies.

In the beginning, the focus was on research and identification services across various industries. These roots continue to shape us to this day: our analytical skills, our structured approach, and our realistic view of feasibility.

When Frank Michaelis took over the company completely more than 22 years ago, a clear reorientation took place:
The service-oriented approach was discontinued, and ESiS began to focus exclusively on human resources consulting in the healthcare sector.
