The company originally operated under the name “Executive Search and Information Services” as a service provider for other recruitment consultancies.
In the beginning, the focus was on research and identification services across various industries. These roots continue to shape us to this day: our analytical skills, our structured approach, and our realistic view of feasibility.
Even at this early stage, the company was already supporting its first projects in the healthcare sector, including through Frank Michaelis, who had already helped shape the company’s technical direction as a consultant.

As a result, the company became an independently operating, strategically positioned consulting partner focused on the direct placement of specialist and leadership positions in clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities.
