Our client operates a modern specialty hospital providing primary and general care with 275 authorized beds in Bavaria. The hospital specializes in general, visceral, and vascular surgery; trauma surgery; general internal medicine; gastroenterology; cardiology and angiology; gynecology and obstetrics; and anesthesiology. In addition, there are affiliated departments of urology and otolaryngology. A nursing school with 120 training positions is affiliated with the hospital.
We are looking for a (male or female) for our Department of Internal Medicine/Gastroenterology to start as soon as possible.
Senior Physician in Internal Medicine (m/f/d)
with a focus on gastroenterology
Each year, approximately 4,200 patients receive inpatient treatment in the Department of Internal Medicine, of whom approximately 2,600 are treated in Internal Medicine Clinic II. The Department of Gastroenterology manages 45 beds and, using state-of-the-art equipment, offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (including ERCP, PTC, interventional endosonography, and capsule endoscopy), as well as ultrasound and functional diagnostics (impedance pH-metry and manometry).

Your profile:
We are seeking a board-certified physician in internal medicine for the position of senior physician, preferably with a subspecialty in gastroenterology or with experience in the field of gastroenterology. The subspecialty certification in gastroenterology can be obtained through our network.
We expect you to think and act independently, with an interdisciplinary focus and cost-consciousness. Social skills and strong communication skills are also required. We place particular emphasis on the ability to work well in a team and to cooperate effectively with other departments within the hospital, the hospital management, and our colleagues in private practice.
