Our client operates both acute care and rehabilitation clinics throughout Germany as part of a modern, privately managed group of companies.
Our client, a successful private hospital group with locations in the Rosenheim area and a day clinic, is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialty hospitals in Germany, with 720 beds. The team of 790 employees cares for approximately 3,100 patients annually, including both adults and adolescents aged 12 and older. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital affiliated with LMU Munich and collaborates with numerous other universities.
In addition, plans are currently underway to build a new child and adolescent psychiatric unit with two wards and a total of 20 beds for children and adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 at a location between Rosenheim and Wasserburg am Inn.
This facility operates one of the most modern and internationally recognized specialty hospitals, with approximately 400 beds and 1,300 employees. It serves as a teaching hospital for LMU Munich and PMU Salzburg. The clinic has particular expertise in the field of pediatric medicine, with a focus on the treatment and rehabilitation of children with neurological and orthopedic conditions as well as limb malformations.

Your profile:
- You are a board-certified specialist (m/f/d) in child and adolescent psychiatry and have extensive clinical experience in this field.
- You enjoy actively helping to shape structures and are motivated to play a key professional role in shaping a new organizational unit for child and adolescent psychiatry as it is being established.

Your responsibilities:
- Concept Development: You will play a leading role in shaping the structure and content of a new organizational unit for child and adolescent psychiatry and will actively help design processes, procedures, and quality standards from the very beginning.
- Team Leadership: You will lead a newly formed multidisciplinary team within the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Responsibility for Treatment: You are responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents. You develop individualized treatment plans, oversee their implementation, and supervise the work of the resident physicians.
- Quality Assurance & Outcome Measurement: You will establish procedures for the systematic measurement and evaluation of treatment outcomes in the newly established unit and use these to continuously improve the quality of care.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You will work closely with the psychosomatic clinic in Prien, and both parties will benefit from professional exchange, coordination across disciplines, and shared perspectives on complex treatment plans.
- Professional Development and Continuing Education: You are involved in the hospital’s internal professional development programs and actively contribute, for example, to our youth curriculum.
- Research & Conferences: You will have the opportunity to engage in research and participate in national and international conferences.
