On behalf of ESiS Medical we are seeking a board-certified ophthalmologist for an owner-managed, investor-independent ophthalmology care center in the Aschaffenburg/Frankfurt am Main area.
For over 30 years, our client has been one of the region’s leading providers of outpatient eye care, combining modern conservative ophthalmology with surgical excellence within its own surgical facilities. Several specialized locations, along with its own surgical center, enable long-term, high-quality patient care in a collegial and professionally strong environment. Approximately 80,000 patients are treated each year.

Your qualifications:
- Board-Certified Specialist (gn) in Ophthalmology
- German Medical License
- Experience in Conservative Ophthalmology
- Interest in modern outpatient care
- Ideally, experience in the field of IVOM
- Operational interest is welcome, but not required
- A structured and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work well with others and a collegial demeanor
- German language proficiency at least at the C1 level
Your responsibilities:
- Specialized Care for Ophthalmology Patients in the Outpatient Setting
- Providing conservative ophthalmological diagnosis and treatment
- Providing care to an existing patient base
- Performing IVOM treatments after obtaining the appropriate certification
- Optional eyelid surgeries
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists in clinical practice
- Documentation and Quality Assurance of Treatment Procedures
- Participation in professional development and continuing education programs
