On behalf of ESiS Medical we are seeking, on behalf of a municipally-run healthcare network in southern Germany, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon (specializing in conservative orthopedics) for a modern outpatient medical center in the Allgäu/Upper Swabia region.
Our client combines the security of an established network of municipal hospitals and medical care centers with the flexibility of modern outpatient care. Several hospital and medical care center locations collaborate across sectors and provide care to approximately 38,000 inpatients as well as 100,000 outpatient patients.

Your qualifications:
- Board-certified specialist (gn) in orthopedics and trauma surgery or orthopedics
- Interest in conservative orthopedics and outpatient care
- A structured and independent approach to work
- Experience with outpatient surgery is welcome, but not required
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Team-oriented and patient-centered work
Your responsibilities:
- Self-Managed Orthopedic Clinic
- Diagnosis and conservative treatment of a wide range of orthopedic conditions
- Treatment of Back, Knee, Hip, and Joint Problems
- Treatment of Acute Orthopedic Conditions
- Outpatient procedures in accordance with your qualifications
- Digital Documentation and Medical Report Preparation
- Helping to shape and further develop the range of outpatient services
- Close collaboration within the medical center and hospital network
