On behalf of the recruitment firm ESIS Medical we are seeking a candidate for a municipal hospital network specializing in specialized care in Middle Franconia to serve as a Senior Attending Physician or Attending Physician (gender-neutral) for the Department of Gastroenterology and Diabetology.

Your qualifications:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, as well as a German medical license or equivalent certification
- Several years of professional experience with in-depth practical experience in diagnostic and interventional endoscopy and ultrasound
- Expertise in Radiation Protection
- Proficiency in standard endoscopic procedures; experience with advanced endoscopic techniques is a plus
- A structured, reliable work style, as well as strong teamwork skills and a good fit with a small team
Your responsibilities:
- Specialized diagnostic and therapeutic services in diagnostic and interventional endoscopy (including colonoscopy, gastroscopy, and ERCP) and ultrasound
- Conducting outpatient consultations and participating in the endoscopy rotation
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration within the medical team at the Department of Gastroenterology and Diabetology
- Participation in the continuing education of resident physicians
- Depending on the specifics of the position: Assuming leadership responsibilities within the medical team
