Description

Our client operates a modern hospital with over 280 beds and a broad range of services designed to provide comprehensive regional care. In recent years, the hospital has evolved into a modern healthcare center. Its specialized departments include Internal Medicine, with a focus on Cardiology and Gastroenterology, geriatrics, general and visceral surgery, vascular surgery, trauma surgery, and orthopedics (including a spine surgery unit), obstetrics and gynecology, radiology, anesthesiology, and an affiliated ENT department. All modern diagnostic procedures are available, including, in particular, the hospital’s own biplane cardiac catheterization laboratory with three electrophysiology (EP) workstations and a 40-slice CT scanner. The hospital’s own vocational school for nursing rounds out the offerings and ensures a steady supply of new talent.

The hospital is located in a forested low-mountain landscape with excellent recreational opportunities. Secondary schools are available locally. Employees benefit from childcare spots at the neighboring daycare center, free parking, and a staff restaurant on the hospital grounds.

As part of a succession plan, we are seeking a candidate for this client effective January 1, 2027, to serve as
