On behalf of ESIS Medical, a recruitment consultancy we are seeking a highly qualified and personable leader to head the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at an established specialty care clinic in northern Germany.
The clinic is designated as a Level II and plays a central role in regional pediatric care. An experienced interdisciplinary team ensures a broad range of medical services. Modern, family-oriented ward areas, a fully equipped neonatal intensive care unit, and close collaboration with obstetric partners ensure high-quality care that meets current standards.

Your qualifications:
- Board-Certified Physician (m/f/d) in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine
- Ideally, additional training in neonatology; other areas of specialization are welcome
- Extensive clinical experience in high-performing pediatric facilities with a focus on perinatal care
- Demonstrable leadership and organizational experience
- An empathetic, inclusive person with a clear, open communication style
- A strong team-oriented mindset and a culture of collegiality in interdisciplinary collaboration
Your responsibilities:
- Overall medical, organizational, and strategic responsibility for the clinic
- Ensuring and further developing comprehensive pediatric care in the service area
- Leadership, Support, and Professional Development of the Medical Team
- Further Development of Medical Specialties and Clinical Processes
- Close collaboration with obstetric partners and outpatient services
- Representing the clinic both internally and externally in medical and professional contexts
Salary:
180,000–300,000 EUR/year
